Collaboration statement  

I am interested in transforming untargeted metabolomics datasets to Linked Open Data. In the COMMONS Lab we explore the potential of semantic web technologies and Open Science to better explore, organize and share information regarding the chemical constituents of living systems. We have recently launched the Earth Metabolome Initiative, which is an Open Science project aiming to characterize chemodiversity at the global scale. For this we first build a pilot, the Digital Botanical Gardens Initiative, where we focus on the characterization of the chemistry of living botanical collections.
